  30. There's not much to say about this program.  People can write short
  31. messages which anyone else can read.  To the average caller, it doesn't
  32. show who wrote what.  The SYSOP gets an extra menu called Maintenance
  33. where he can check who wrote something.  If you have a problem with
  34. someone posting obscene messages, you'll be able to tell who they are.
  35. The Maintenance Menu will also let you delete messages.
